HGTV star Christina Hall is reflecting on the end of her third marriage.
In a since-expired Instagram Story on Friday, the "Flip or Flop" host, 41, told followers that she finally has her "appetite back," is "exercising again" and has had "some of my best nights with friends" after she and husband Josh Hall filed to end their marriage in July, per Us Weekly and Today.
"I have a life coach and I made myself and her a promise − I will never ever give away my peace again," Hall wrote. "I will say − if you've ever lost peace and gained it back there is a new level of gratitude for every single moment of life. A huge level of appreciation for the present moments and being present."
She added, "If that's the lesson I'll take it. When you have a positive mindset the rest will work itself out like it always does." She also wrote that her kids are "happy" and their "house feels like home."
In July, Christina Hall and Josh Hall both filed divorce documents in California, citing irreconcilable differences. The two had been married since 2021 and in May announced a new HGTV show, "The Flip Off."

Christina Hall was previously married to British TV personality Ant Anstead and "Flip or Flop" host Tarek El Moussa. She has three kids from her previous marriages.
In his own Instagram post earlier this month, Josh Hall said the divorce wasn't his idea.
"I prefer privacy, especially during something as life changing as a divorce I did not ask for," he wrote. "I will not publicly badmouth anyone as people have families, friends and others who respect and love them. Unfortunately the internet is forever."

He added, "We are real humans, this is our life and I am not here to entertain people I don’t know with my private matters. Those details will be handled fairly behind closed doors with our respective counsels in due time. Those who know each of us, know who we are."
In another recent Instagram Story, Christina Hall addressed men who have been sending her "hand written/typed letters" since her divorce, writing that this is "cute," but "no you will not be my 4th ex-husband."
